End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Send to Sheets ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the Send to Sheets application ("Service" or "Application").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Send to Sheets application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Send to Sheets is a web-based application that enables users to:

• Connect their QuickBooks Online accounts
• Generate financial reports from QuickBooks data
• Export these reports to Google Sheets
• Share reports with clients and stakeholders

3. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

4. User Obligations and Restrictions

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement
• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not share your account with unauthorized users
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Not use the Service to transmit malicious code or engage in harmful activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. We handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• QuickBooks Online: Subject to Intuit's terms of service and privacy policy
• Google Sheets: Subject to Google's terms of service and privacy policy

You acknowledge that your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, and technology, is owned by Send to Sheets and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

8.2 Data Accuracy

While we make efforts to ensure data accuracy, you are responsible for verifying the accuracy of exported reports and data. We recommend reviewing all exported data before sharing with clients.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEND TO SHEETS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Send to Sheets from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

10. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of the Service. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement or other reasons.

11. Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Send to Sheets regarding the Service.
